1. wood hammer shredder can crush all kinds of biomass waste into fine powder , such as wood chips, wood shavings, straw, stalk,e.c.t  also can crush animal feed materials, such as corn, weeds, soybean, maize, cereal. After crushed, will get smaller than 2mm powder, Now it is mainly used in animal feed factory, wood factory, Chemical industry and so on.
 
2. There is one screener sieve installed at the wood hammer shredder bottom, the crushed powder will 
outlet from bottom screener hole, generally if raw humidity smaller than 20% , 
we will install 2-4mm sieve , then will outlet smaller than 4mm dimension powder. If raw humidity is very large, we will install 10-30mm hole screener or even don’t install screener.

4. wood hammer shredder has two big screeners at each side of hammer mill and can outlet powder from large scope screener hole , which makes high capcaity production, also there is opending side door switch installed at two sides of hammer mill , which makes inspecting and repairing process very easily .

5. wood hammer shredder works connect with air fan and cyclone, for biomass materials, the crushed powder will go to cyclone and outlet from cyclone bottom, for fertilizer materials or animal feed materials , powder will outlet directly from hammer mill bottom. Also it can work connect with bags filter ,which is used to clean dust.
