All products are made under strict standard quality control. The slats were selected and divided into A, B, C or D grade. Keeping moisture content around about 8%~10%. With the view not to bow, bend, crack in the future. bow and camber tolerance controlled in qualified range. Finishing slat processing is 3 X NC bases on 2 X UV surfaces to match with your color swatch.
