Procedures:

Buyer Sends LOI with full business contact information with bank details.
Seller provides SCO, PoP, Quality Certificate, Sanitary Certificate, Certificate ISO if it is available.
Buyer Confirm seller’s SCO and issues ICPO
Seller issues FCO and buyer counter sign FCO and return along RWA letter ( Ready Willing and able letter) issued from his bank (in case of L/C),
Seller issues sales/purchase contract to buyer preview and signing,
Buyer and seller sign and seal sales/purchase contract and deposit a copy of the executed contract to their respective banks (in case of LC),
The Seller sends pro-forma invoice for the issuance of payment and financial instrument (in case og LC),
Within 3(Three) banking days, buyer’s bank sends agreed payment instrument/advance payment to the seller’s bank (in case of LC),
Shipment starts/commences as per contract schedule,
Upon receipt of shipping documents required for the payment, buyer’s bank will make the payment (for each shipment) as required to seller’s bank within the contract terms and conditions (in case of LC),
Upon completion of the first shipment, payment with the agreed financial instrument as applicable is automatically extended for the second shipment and further to be extended until the contract is completed totally for the quantity as specified in the contract (in case of LC).
The seller guarantees on his account that each shipment will be provided with inspection of quantity and quality at the time of loading. Certificates shall be provided by SGS or similar authority at the seller’s expense and shall be binding for both parties. Seller instructs such authority to carry out the inspections under strict rules and in accordance with the specifications in the contract and/or the International Chamber of Commerce rules (INCOTERMS 2010 Latest edition with all amendments) specification.
