Delivery terms according to Incoterms 2000: FCA warehouse in Ukraine, DAF border of Ukraine, FOB port of Odessa, CFR / CIF any port of destination.

PAYMENTS TERMS:
1.) As per all new customers payment, 30% deposit by T/T Telegraphic Bank transfer after Contract and PI signing which will be use to cover the below cost ;
- Buying of packing and labelling materials
- Packaging and labeling.
- Local transportation from warehouse to Loading Port.
- Paying of Inspection and Insurance charges.
- Paying of Sea freight charges.
2.) 40% T/T upon presentation of all scanned shipping documents ;
Documents we provide:
- Commercial Invoice
- Certificate of Origin
- Phytosanitary Certificate
- Packing List
- SGS, Certificate of Quality and Quantity
- Bill of Lading (3 original copies)
3.) And the remaining 30% at sight upon arrival of goods at destination port and upon confirmation of quality and quantity.

NOTE : After this successful trial order, for the second or subsequent orders buyer will be able to pay the TOTAL AMOUNT OF 100% T/T WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING OF GOODS/CONSIGNMENT at his destination port.
