wear and friction Zytel WRF403

Zytel WRF (wear and friction) grades for automotive electrical applications.
These nylons, reinforced with friction modifiers including DuPont's Teflon, are meant for gears in brake and power steering systems, a job heretofore performed by fluid dynamics. These gears will operate at higher speeds and torque loads than the gears in wiper and window mechanisms, and may need enhanced temperature and chemical resistance to be in the engine area.

Zytel WRF403 NC010 is a 30% Glass Reinforced, PTFE Lubricated, Heat Stabilized, Polyamide 66.

Zytel WRF500 NC010 is Heat stabilized PA66 resin modified with Teflon PTFE micropowder and Kevlar¥ para-aramid fiber. It is designed for superior wear resistance.

Zytel HTN WRF51G30 NC010 is 30% Glass Reinforced, PPA, Teflon¥ Lubricated, High Performance Polyamide with Low Wear and Low Friction.
