1、 To conduct a preliminary evaluation on the enterprise applications to determine whether it has the basic conditions for the access and to explain relevant regulations on the products which enter to China;
2、 According to the assessment result, to send experts to conduct on-site training and guidance for the enterprise applicant, and to establish management procedures in accordance with access standards of GACC, and to undertake the access requirement training;
3、To guide the enterprise to apply for access through their domestic management agencies;
