Water Soluble Aluminum Brazing Flux

Availability: Non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux can be used together with the zinc or aluminum based brazing filler material to braze aluminum to aluminum alloys, aluminum to copper alloys, and steel to stainless steel, etc. This flux can be made to the flux-cored brazing wires (HLZn105P) or pressed to form mixed with the brazing powder extrusion into complex brazing wire (4047P).

Operation: Non-corrosive aluminum brazing flux can be applied in torch brazing, furnace brazing, high frequencybrazing, etc.. The filler materials that work together with this flux can be powder, wires, rings or aluminum brazing sheet. Paste phase ofthis flux is more convenient for utility. Firstly, coat the paste flux onto the welding joint. In flame brazing operation, quickly heat the flux to the temperature close to its melting point before adding the filler materials which will be heated to liquid phase and full fill the joint. After being so lidified, highstrength weldingjoint can be formed. In furnace brazing, and high frequently brazing, the increasing rate of temperature and brazing temperature should be controlled carefully.
