Front and back side are forced together after water cooling. Fixed ceramic or water-cool cooper mat is applied at the back side, water-cool copper shoe is applied at the front side.
It use 100% CO2 gas shield and flux cored wire or intershield flux cored wire.
Liquid surface of melting pool self-controllable, auto-traveling welding carriage and self-adjustable sitck out.
Adjustable dwell time on both sides to weld thicker plate.
Rail of carriage is composed of semi-flex aluminum alloy structure and easy to release and fix.
