1) Cutting structure

2) Gauge structure

Multiple gauge protection with gauge trimmers on heel and gauge inserts on the gauge surface of the cone, tungsten carbide inserts and hardfacing on the shirttail increases gauge holding capability and bearing life.

3) Sealed Bearing structure

There are four types of bearing, standard open roller bearings, sealed roller bearings, sealed journal bearings, and air blast/cooled bearings. The sealed bearing can be divided into rubber/elastomer sealed bearing and metal-face sealed bearing. It can provides an advanced wear resistance by maintaining the optimum position within the bearings.
