Product Description
SinoPower steel slitting line with workstations for uncoiling, slitting cut and rolling. It consists of feeding trolley, assisting support, decoiler, pincher, straigntener, slitting cutter, edging machine, tensional machine, recoiler machine, and downloading equipment, hydraulic system and so on. The whole line is controlled by PLC with computer display. The width from 800mm to2000mm, thicknesses from 0.2mm to 12.0mm and speeds from 30m to 120m/min. Totally computer-controlled with diagnosis, automatic coil feed and quality control.This line is applicable for processing of copper, aluminum, cold-reduced material, hot rolled material, silicon steel, and stainless steel and so on.
