Working properties

Steam tunnel shrinks label by steam produced by steam generator. It is generally equipped with a steam generator. Steam temperature is constant and evenly and with high percent of thermal shrink. It is applicable to various shapes: round, square, oval, flat and etc. Thermal protective coating prevents heat from lost. Steam pressure and shrink temperature are adjustable. The protective cover keeps temperature constant and avoids steam leaking.

Physical properties

Steam tunnel is designed to be water-resistance with #304 stainless for the entire machine. The inside is isolated by fiber glass from the outside to prevent its hotness on its surface. The temperature and wind force are adjustable in various stages and convenient to move. The height complies with the conveyor line upon request. The entire machine is light and pleasing to use.

Shrinking quality

Steam tunnel has a high percentage of thermal shrinkage. It is applicable in various shapes: round, square, oval, flat and etc. The design of steam tunnel inside is in accordance with the different bottle shape. Therefore, its shrinkage effect is in very good result. This shrinkage must be considered into the label design and producing to prevent any possible deformation when label shrinking in steam tunnel.
