Our integral blade stabilizers are manufactured from single bar of AISI 4145H modified steel.Professional forging process guarantee that mechanical properties meet API Spec 7-1.Hardness range of 285-341HB and a charpy V notch impact value of 54 joules are guaranteed one inch below the surface.Shenlong employs inserted button as hard facing.
