Specified paste flux for refrigerator
Availability: Specified paste flux for refrigerator is specially made for the brazing in refrigerator industry. It can be used with Copper- Phosphorus-Silver filler metals, for brass-copper; copper alloy-steel joint.
Specialty: This flux contains soluble inhibitor and promoting agent, which can inhibit the volatilization of zinc and phosphorus component in the alloy. Accordingly, the problem of holes and bubbles in the welding points got declined. It can obstruct the flowing of filler metal toward brass; enhance the flowing of the filler metal in the welding joint; and enhance the wetting ability of filler metal to brass. This can reduce the silver composition in the filler metal lower than 15%. As a result the cost of welding can be significantly reduced. Furthermore, the final joint is smooth and neat with fewer residue.
Operation: The paste needs to be fully shacked up and mixed well before used. Brush the paste on the joint part. Used together with FB403L or FB402L the specified paste flux for refrigerator can get better results.
