PVC-coated Wire
Top quality galvanized wire is used as a raw material for PVC coated wire. PVC coated wire is formed through deep processing of PVC plastic material and galvanized wire, so galvanized wire and PVC are firmly bonded together. PVC coated wire is characterized by its ageing resistance, corrosion resistance and cracking resistance. Iron wire or galvanized wire is uniformly coated with PVC particles, and PVC coating has the following benefits: strong adhesion, nice glossiness, high tenacity, sun-proof feature, nice ageing resistance and corrosion resistance.
PVC coated wire is mainly used in weaving chain-link fence, window screening and used as a tie wire. Its useful life reaches several times that of cold galvanized wire or hot-galvanized wire.
Product Colors: Dark green, black, white, blue and light green, other colors are available upon request.
Product Specification: 0.25 mm to 4 mm before coating, 0.45 mm to 5 mm after coating.
