Product Description
Traverse robot is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine of 50~450T for take-out products. The installation direction is different from traditional beam robot, products and sprues are placed at the end of IMM. It can be added a sub-arm for 3-plates mold to grip products and sprue at the same time.
Structure： AC servo motor driven on traverse axle, vertical and Crosswise driven by pneumatic cylinder. Traverse axle , crosswise and vertical arm are applied with advanced high rigidity linear slide rail, and light high rigidity alloy aluminum extrusion beam for crosswise and vertical axles to integrating with linear slide rail, it works with high speed, high efficiency, low vibration, and long use life.
