QFB-CX-001 series is a device that is specifically for the CNC machine tool to develop automatic loading and unloading made by my company. It’s for the shaft, disk type, irregular shape parts machining and can be satisfied with demand of single or multiple machine automated production.
This series is a relatively independent work unit for machine tool, it’s used by plurality of on-line equipment running through the material, processing a plurality of processes to complete parts, composed of a parallel multi machine production line. To use it in processing cycle short, mass production of the occasion is especially good. Because of the standard modular design, it is reconstructed the equipment being used by customers in normal way, it is produced an little effect on machine tool, after the transformation machine can turn the mode from automatic to manual and it is not affect the production with equipment downtime.
