Oil fracturing proppants（taoli sand）are fine and ball-like pellets. They are used by oil and natural gas companies to support the underground and increase production of wells. They are injected into wells to squeeze out trapped pockets of oil and natural gas deposits during drilling. It is a kind of environmental protection product.
The product is made from high quality aluminum, coal and many other raw materials through sintering by ceramic. It can well replace the proppants with medium or low intensity such as natural quartz sand, glass balls and metal balls. It has a good effect on increasing the production of oil and natural gas.
The medium density and high intensity oil fracturing proppant (taoli sand)that our company develops and manufactures have compression as strong as 69Mpa, 86Mpa and 102Mpa.All the broken rates are less than 8% on the condition that the closure pressure is 86Mpa, when the closure pressure is 69Mpa the broken rate will no more than 5% . Different specifications of Oil fracturing proppant（taoli sand） is based on domestic unique high-quality raw materials, bauxite，and made by the granulation ,high temperature firing and many other processes.
