All of our rolling machines for parabolic leaf springs are controlled by industrial computer without any special tooling being needed.
The LBZ220G is heavier than LBZ200B, is good for heavy spring and especially for air link because it is equipped with vertical roller for choice.



We also have many kinds of assistant machines, such as automatic loading, discaling machine, unloading, centre hole punching machine, straightening, head cutting , stacking machine and 3-station presser, then we can provide different parabolic rolling line for the customers

No material spread will occur, although we doný­t use roller to keep the width of the plate, so the side of the spring after rolled is natural round.
