Product Description
Introduction: Adopting vacuum induction + electroslag remelting, 20 rollers cold mills for rolling cogging process, roll-type forming technology and TIG welding technology to assure the stabilization of forming and excellent quality of welding line. Stretching adopts floating plug technics to demand the requirements of different lengths of the capillary. Adopting Gas shielded bright annealing Furnace to assure the brightness of the capillary after anneal. Uniform metallurgical Structure,mechanical property and corrosion resistance can meet the requirements of the standard.

Size range : OD: φ0.5mm-φ6mm, ID: φ0.1mm-φ0.5mm
