SpeedMaster internal feedback cascade governor set is designed to add a set of 3-phase symmetric windings, i.e. governing windings, to the stator of the national standard series motors (YR series or JR series) and through optimized design to add electric potential to the rotor of the induction motor by the governing windings to achieve speed governing. The control of the medium-voltage motor is achieved by skillfully converting the problem of speed governing control of the medium-voltage motor into that of low-voltage speed governing control and by applying conventional SCR or IGBT, with clear principle, simple structure, low cost, and convenient maintenance. It also has the advantages of touch screen interface, RS485 interface, high power factor, support for all communication protocols and no harmonic wave pollution to the power grid
Make-up of the system:
SpeedMaster internal feedback speed governing system consists of the internal feedback speed governing motor and the matching internal feedback speed governing controller. The internal feedback speed governing motor is a derivative product of the national standard series winding motor, while the internal feedback speed governing controller consists of 1 to 8 control cabinets according to the power of the motor controlled by it . All the cabinets stand in parallel, without partitions between the cabinets, and they can only be used in set.

1. Excellent smooth, stepless speed governing performance
The recommended range of speed governing: 60%-90%+100%, i.e. in the range of (60%-95%) ne, it can linearly, smoothly, steplessly govern speed, and the motor can also run at the speed of 100% ne (full speed), where ne is the nominal rotational speed of the motor. If the user has a special requirement for the range of speed governing, an agreement can be made.
2. Higher speed governing efficiency
As the internal feedback controller only controls part of the capacity of the motor, its loss is smaller, speed governing efficiency is higher and power saving effect is better.
3. Good start performance
The speed governing controller applied the way of start by frequency-sensitive rheostat and has the features of small start current and large start torque moment, which guarantees the stable start of the motor and the automatic switching of all the process.
4. Flexible, convenient way of speed governing
The speed governing can be manual, or automatic by receiving the 4-20mA rotational speed control signals from the upper machine. It can also achieve the closed-loop automatic control of pressure and liquid level. It can exercise control locally or from a long distance.
5. perfect safety measures
For applications which require a higher reliability, the following technical measures are taken to ensure the reliability:
5.1 Perfect the arrangement of control power supply: the scheme of working AC control power supply and standby DC control power supply for trouble;
5.2 When the speed governing unit fails, the speed governing system will be automatically switched to full-speed running.
5.3 When the AC control power supply fails, the DC control power supply will automatically make the speed governing motor run at full speed.
5.4 When the high-voltage power supply is quickly switched off, the internal feedback speed governing controller will make the motor run at full speed.
5.5 When the motor is switched from the mode of speed governing to the mode of full speed running, the whole process of increase from a low speed to the full speed is no less than 20 seconds, and at the same time the motor puts out the trouble connection to the upper machine to ensure that the machine has enough time to operate the windshield and the stability of combustion for the boiler.
