On 2015, Oct, 24, the State Electric Furnace Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center has been tested our product GT800-1KG CL for our client(FAW FORGE(JILIN)CO.,LTD. The tested result revealed the tested product's every technical parameters are in line with the national standard. In the report, the billet diameter is 75mm, temperature rise from 20 degree room temperature to 1220 degree, and the power factor is 0.99. After consistent testing for 3 production periods, the average power consumption is 316.9kw·h/t, which reached international level of power consumption.
