Applicable Range:
This product can be widely used in heating water, oil air, saltpeter saline solution, acidic solution, alkaline solution and low-melting point melts (aluminum, zinc, tin, babbitt).
　　1. Pipeline heater: is mainly installed in the air duct of air heating system for hot air blowing; it can also be used as an heating element of ovens and electric furnaces.
　　2. Saltpeter saline solution, oil and water heating: This product is made by welding a shaped tube-shaped electric heating element onto the flange. It can be used in an open or closed solution tank or a circulatory system for heating.
　　3. Single-end heater: The product cannot be used in two-end wired heating media; it is applicable to hot core boxes, and core shooters, etc.

Use Instructions
1) The working voltage shall not exceed the rated value by 10%;
2) The wiring part shall be outside the heating layer and insulating layer; the shell shall have effective grounding;
3) Heating element shall be placed in a dry place; if the insulation resistance is lower than 1MΩ because it has been unused for a long period of time, please bake the resistance in an oven at 200℃ for 5-6 hours.
