QUANTITY:50,000 M.T. per month, 12 months

DELIVERY:CIF

PRICE: $450.00 USD GROSS, per M.T.

PAYMENT:

IRREVOCABLE, CONFIRMED, DIVISIBLE, TRANSFERABLE, REVOLVING DOCUMENTARY LETTER OF CREDIT for the monthly quantity issued, +/- 5%, or confirmed by a top rated Prime World Bank in favor of the Seller.

PROCEDURES:

1. Buyer forward his Letter of intent signen and seal

2. Seller sends signed Full corporate offer.

3. Buyer sends back signed/sealed FCO with Bank references for Soft Probe.

4. Seller issues draft Contract on Firm Terms and Conditions.
5. Buyer and Seller sign contract and lodge and endorse with respective Banks.
6. Buyer’s Bank issues Non-operative LC or Bank Guarantee, to the effect that; the Bank will activate LC or Bank Guarantee, upon presentation by the Seller of Performance Bond as in item 6 below.
7. Seller’s Bank issues POP to Buyer’s Bank
8. Seller’s Bank issues 2% PB and activates L/C or bank guarantee.
9. Shipping
10. SGS signs BOL verifying Quality/Quantity
11. BOL transmitted to Buyers’ corresponding Bank
10. Funds transfer to Seller
