Copper- aluminum brazing paste
Application Copper-aluminum brazing paste can be used on brazing copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, steel alloy and other metals.
Note Before brazing, shake the bottle to mix the flux. Covering aluminum with copper is preferred in the brazing of aluminum and copper. The brazing frame should be neutral frame, and the outer flame should be used. During the preheating, the flame should not heat the work pieces direcltyj to avoid melting. The flame should be away from the welding joint at 1 to 2 cm. Heat can be conducted to the joint. At the melting point of filler metals, they become liquid and cover the copper pipe. At this time, move the flame to the aluminum part, which has a lower melting point. The heating of aluminum should not be too long, otherwise, welding beading would be formed at the joint. At the proper temperature a white smoke is generated, when the flame can be moved out of the heating region. This method can be also valid for the brazing of other metals.
