Product Description
This machine is specially used for slitting copolymer coated steel tape (ZETABON) and copolymer coated aluminum tape.
Features:
The unwinding of this machine uses an ac motor as the brake and additonal another ac motor for secondary brake. These ac motors can offer tension control precisely to tape, and additionally they can generate power for slitting part. Hence the power consumption of this slitting machine is quite less.
Unwinding shaft is changable chucks, rewinding shaft is expansioning shaft.
PLC control, HMI screen operating
Web aligning device is available.
Incremental tracking rollers to eliminate cut edge curves and overlaps in rewound coils.
Traction rollers diameter increase gradually to stretch the slit tape and kill the width expansion caused by blades squeeze.
