This machine is used for corner moulding of latten bending parts by bending machine. The corner moulding process is simplified by this machine. The whole process for a final product includes only two steps, corner moulding and shearing the flash. The energy consumption can be saved more than 90% by using this machine for corner moulding. Furthermore, the time for replacing mould and adjusting the clearance can be significantly reduced by the CNC system which defines the suitable mould and clearance for the processed part according to the technological requirements. This machine can implement multi-position transposition of rolling mould, shear knife, and square mould; and the adjustment of moulding clearance.
