3) Slurry pump general features: 1. Xiyue Brand XH/XHH slurry pumps are heavy duty pumps. They are cantilevered, horizontal,
centrifugal slurry pumps. Especially they are designed for most difficult pumping applications.
2. Xiyue XHH models are designed for heavy duty applications require high head per stage at high pressures. It is suitable for long distance transporting or where others require more than one pump in series.3. Xiyue XH models display total interchangeability between hard metal and elastomeric liner pumps.
4. They are mainly used in: Power Plant, Chemical Process, Coal, Heavy Minerals,Paper and pulp, Mill Discharge, Lime Grinding, Bottom Boiler Fly,Ash Cyclone Feed, Slag Granulation, Suction Hopper Dredging, Barge Loading, Sand Reclamation ect.
　　　

4) Slurry pump structure features: 1. Xiyue XH/XHH pumps are single stage, single suction, and overhang shaft, centrifugal, double-casing horizontal type. Wet parts are made of abrasive resistant hard metal or rubber.
　2. Bearing assembly use cylindrical structure, adjusting the space between impeller and front liner easily, being removed completely when being repaired.
　3. Bearing assembly uses grease lubrication.
　4. The shaft seal could use the packing seal, expeller seal and mechanical seal.
　5. The discharge branch can be positioned at intervals of 45 degrees by request and oriented to any eight positions to suit installations and applications.
