PROCESS
Mix Ratio
(by weight) Unsaturated Polyester Putty: 100 parts
Hardener: 2~3 parts
Pot Life 7~8 minutes@20℃
Scrape Tool Putty knife, soft rubber or plastic coating blade
Drying Time 20 minutes@25℃
Sanding Before spray: P80～P180 by dry sanding
After spray: P80～P180~P360 by wet sanding
Substrate Epoxy primer, steel surface, Fiber Reinforced Plastics, OEM paints,etc.
