Butyl rubber putty belongs to non-vulcanization type, also known as extrusion type. It is a kind of environmental friendly non solvent sealing adhesive material. Made of butyl rubber and polyisobutylene as main raw materials, add import high polymer material blending into clay shape, and then through extruder squeezes on the isolation paper. At last cut out into the fixed size. According to the process requirements cut into length × width × thickness: 75 × 50 × 1.5 mm, 150 × 50 × 1.5 mm butyl rubber putty. Of course, we can also cut butyl rubber putty into other sizes according to customer requirements. Our butyl rubber putty is used for shield segment corner in order to strengthens waterproof sealing of elastic sealing pad corner. While pasting the butyl rubber putty, only covering a part of the elastic gasket surface is ok.
