How we testing the kits before shipment?

(1) Each kit under about 10 hours lighting( this can greatly reduce the defective rate, some ballast or bulbs can light at first but under several days working. It is broken. In this way. We can control our defective under 0.004. )

(2) 1 hour light on and off each 2 seconds, 30 mins each 1 second and then 10 mins each 0.5 second.( this in order to avoid problem when you turn on the light for some moments and you don’t need it and then turn off . and you try to turn on again .it don’t light)

(3) shake the lighting kit . ( this is to see Vehicles running at bad situation road such as mountains roads . kit under great shaking can still working perfectly)

(4) high/low testing only for bi-xenon ( when kit are lighting for about 5 hours. We will turn high to low to high to low to high to low to high……. fastly ( 0.5 second) to see after times lighting whether can still turn from high/low . in this way. We reduce a lot at the problem of bulb can high/low at normal temperature but after working for several hours working. Under hot temperature bulb jammed . don’t go high from low )

choose best fit bulb color temperature
after those process of testing . if kit are working perfectly and then we will make final step . our worker will take same color of each 2 (ballast + bulb) to put them to 1 box . this can absolutely stop situation when customer install the kit and find the bulb are in 2 different color . so we never receive complaint from customers that 1 set xenon have 2 different color

All of our products are with 12 month warranty. Offer easy and guarantee aftersale service for customers . If there is any problem with the bulbs or ballast , just cut the cable of bulbs and ballast and take photo of them we will replace a new one in the next shipment
