Containers are made of “UF” stabilized polypropylene fabric:
- with one, two and four loops;
- expendable, re-usable, Q-bags.
Flexible containers of single-use on polypropylene and polyamide basis are designed for transportation and temporary storage of bulky goods (chemical product, mineral fertilizers, argils, cements etc.).
“Big-bag” containers with 1, 2 and 4 loops have different carrying capacity and modifications. There are containers with carrying capacity from 0,5 to 2 tons with the volume from 0,5 to 2 m3.
Containers can be completed with the polyethylene inserts according to the dimensions of the container and customer’s request.
It has become a priority to use new technologies in the production of goods which allow to fulfill exclusive technical demands of our customers for the production of non-typical flexible packages.
The result of using new technologies in the production is more than 1000 modifications of flexible packages, which correspond to high European standards.
The tests carried out in our own laboratory and received certificates in independent laboratories allow us to guarantee the factor of safety 5:1 and 6:1, depending on the way of use of the container. It means that the container, made for carrying capacity of 1 ton, withstands overload of more than 5-6 tons. Such demands are made by European Association EFIBCA.
Containers are tested according to the EFIBCA standards 005, 006, 007. Having technical conditions (confirmed by State Standard, Sanitary-and-epidemiologic Institution), protection of labour, equipment for yarn and cloth testing, stands for testing the using characteristics of containers, the enterprise can develop in a short time the types of containers with non-typical dimensions , carrying capacity and different modifications , produce and test them as per the customer’s request , thus meet almost all demands of the customer, including marking.
