Specification:
The integrated processes of bag making, measuring filling, sealing cutting, counting and hot pressing codes can be done automatically. 

Sealing way: 3-side sealing, 4-side sealing, back sealing, stick sealing.

All stainless steel 304 cover meets to GMP standard. 

It adopts the suck back function, it will make the sealing effect more beautiful without the clip the material phenomenon. It’s more suitable for packing honey, shampoo, cream etc.

Automatic adjustment of pouch size and filling range by computer. 

Photocell controller is easy to manipulate. 

Automatic self support lubricating system, the machine can work 24 hours and the maximal capacity is 110 bags/min. 

Minimum sealing temperature variation employs PID temperature, the tolerance is controlled by ±2%.

The operation facility is controlled by Intel computer, all function is displayed with digital screen. 

By MC certification, the machine has the capacity to product the measuring instruments which are in line width legal requirement such as accuracy and reliability, etc.

The machine will have one year warranty. During the warranty year if any of the parts broken not by man-made. We will free charge to replace the new one to you. The warranty will begin after the machine send out we received the B/L 

Spare parts, a pair of special tool, manual book in English will be shipped with machine.
