Product Description
Discharging outlet of drying drum is equipped with temperature measuring device;
The drawing fan convey the dust gas that contains bitumen smoke to the main drying drum and recycling drum
The whole system keep sealed and no leakage to protect environment effectively.
The recycling material quantity in one batch can be set as per the main control system parameter; the discharge interval and mixing time can be modified at anytime.
The recycling mixture storage hopper covered with heat preservation material. The discharge door is controlled by two cylinders, thereby to control the weighing accuracy.
The PLC program controls the recycling material weighing and compensates the error automatically.
