Product Description
Aluminum Alloy Floating docks
Main Structure: Main frame is made of 6061 marine aluminum alloy profiles.
Float: Fiberglass-Reinforced Plastics, unsaturated polyester resin, accessorial material, foam filler (polystyrene), with Ultraviolet Absorbent UV-9.
Decking: 24mm thick board with grooved anti-slippery surface fixed by 316L stainless screws. The material can be imported hard wood or composite wood or antisepsis wood.
Duct Cover : The removable aluminum cover on each side of the pontoon walkway allows an easy access to the internal duct for installation and maintenance of electrical cables and water popes. The cover material is 6061 anodized aluminum alloy.
Fender: Composite wood fenders set on each side of pontoon for both aesthetics enhancement and protection of the steel structure.
Connection: Connections between pontoons by flexible joint system preventing the system from noise and shocks, and avoiding corrosion and damages due to contacts of galvanized steel parts
