Introduction
Alumina hollow sphere is a new type of high temperature insulation material. It is melted in a three-phase electric arc furnace with industrial alumina with an alumina content of 98% or more. The molten liquid alumina is blown into hollow pellets with compressed air. That is, an alumina hollow sphere is obtained, and the crystal form is a-Al2O3 microcrystal. The alumina hollow sphere is the main body, and can be made into various shapes. The maximum use temperature is 1800 degrees Celsius, the mechanical strength of the product is high, several times that of the general lightweight product, and the bulk density is only one-half of the corundum product.
