Filter plate of these hydraulic filter presses are made of strengthened polypropylene & TPE through mold pressing, high in strength, light in weight, corrosion resisted, non-poisonous and odorless. All devices of these hydraulic filter presses including feed pump, hydraulic power pack, plate shifting device, valves and conveyors are guided by the logic in PLC, and make them work more efficiently.
Applicaion,

1. Wort filtration in wort preparation process, get transparent and clear wort, shorten filtration time of saccharification, also give full play to the saccharification ability.

2.The filtration of mature beer after fermentation, the mature beer which fermentation contains residual yeast and protein coagulum, also filtration by filter press.

3. The yeast slurry filtration and recycling, beer fermenter deposition needs regular emissions. This yeast slurry is the mass fraction of the solid phase to 5 percent to the 9 percent acidic mixture, in which recyclable equivalent to 1 percent to 2 percent among all beer. With the usage of filter press, the filtrate can be returned via the recovery pipe to large tank fermentation, the yeast after pressing and drying into yeast powder is available in food or pharmaceutical industry usage.
