Zinc powder feeder

Introduction
The machine is used to continuously and uniformly feed zinc powders to mixing bucket filled with pregnant solution. The disc diameter is approximately 140~170mm and the disc revolving speed is about 1r/min.


Features
Speeding timing motor being used, the feeding rate of zink powder may be conveniently adjusted.
The spiral feeder keeps the feeding smooth and continuous, which solves the difficulty and problem in feeding rate adjustment and uneven feeding of traditional mechnical zink powder feeder. Residual zink powder is reduced, production cost is lowered down, smelting effect improved. Less zink is exposed to the open air, oxidation of the zink powder during the operation is reduced, improving transposing effect.

Application
During the gold cyaniding recovery process, the machine is used to continuously and uniformly feed zinc powders to mixing bucket filled with pregnant solution. Except for the previous application, it is also applicable to beneficiation, chemicals, pharmacy and food sectors.

Working principle
The zinc powder addition can be adjusted in accordance with the processing capacity and the gold grade of solution. Via the transition of V-belt and secondary turbine reducer, motor drives disc to rotate. Zinc powders in bucket fall on disc due to gravity and are scraped to discharge opening by scraper.
