ZYS high vacuum tranaformer oil purifier

ZYS Single stage vacuum transformer oil purifier machine is used for removing moisture, gas, particles from the transformer oil, insulating oil, switch oil, cable oil, and electric condenser oil. In this way, it can improve oil dielectric strength very quickly and effectively. ZYS Single stage vacuum transformer oil purifier machine is mainly used for the power station, industrial and mining enterprises.
At the same time, ZYS transformer oil purifier machine can be used to power equipments to vacuum drying, and vacuum oiling.

Function:
A: removing the moisture. The final treated oil can achieve less than 10ppm;
B:degassing. The final treated oil can achieve less than 0.1%;
C:removing particles. The fina; treated oil can achieve NAS6 Grade (Cleanliness Grade).

V. Foam sensor can monitor foams when machine working.
VI. Adopts interlocked protective system, which connects oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak and electricity leak. If there is any fault, machine will be power off automatically.
