ZJ high head slurry pump

1. General Applications:
ZJ series slurry pumps are heavy duty hard metal slurry pumps mainly used for coal washing plants, ash removal in power plants and mining tailing. It has a complete range of pump models covering all kinds of working conditions. Based on its super hydraulic performance, it is widely used in many Chinese projects and is increasingly recognized by overseas customers.

2. Features
- The ZJ pumps are high pressure design, and can achieve relatively higher heads at the same capacity.
- Large diameter & short overhang shaft is strong enough to handle heavy duty. The impeller diameter can be cut to meet different working conditions.
- The metric bearing is lubricated by oil; scientific lubricating and cooling system ensure that the bearing operates under low temperature.
- Casing are made of casting iron or ductile iron depending on working pressure.
- The wet parts adopt interchangeable anti-abrasive and anti-corrosive alloy material.
- Seal options: Gland + expeller seal and mechanical seal are optional.
- Drive arrangement: Direct drive(DC), VFD etc.
