ZD120 Crawler Bulldozer

The design and production of SINOCAT-120A-1bulldozer adopted advanced imported technology which has the following characters:
1. Engine
The engine is 6135K-2a type that is manufactured by Shanghai diesel engine works and is powerful & stable.
2. Main clutch
Dry type, multiple Disc, non-constantly engaged, stable, reliable and easy to maintain, long life-span
3. Transmission
Similar with Komatsu fixed-axle transmission, shift by the engage or disengage of sliding gear. Long life-span, in despite of major operating force, is needed and reliable.
4. Steering clutch
Dry type, multiple disc, easy to maintain. Easy to operated with hydraulic booster
5. Final drive
Same as Kumatsu D65 type, strong anti-burden ability, highly reliable and easy to maintain.
6. Hydraulic system
Adopting Kumatsu structure, reliable and easy to operate & maintain. Strong adapting ability and could work in the condition of cold, hot, dusty and so on.
7. Undercarriage
We carefully design and produce SINOCAT ZD120 bulldozer in accordance with Kumatsu design, so the measurement and inter-position of idle roller, sprocket, carrier roller, track roller as well as the CG of whole machine is reasonable, which leads to stable operating & walking, full usage of power and high efficiency.
