YSXZB Youngsun Rotary Type Cup Filling and Sealing Machine is suitable for packing cup of yogurt, milk, cheese, drink, water and so on. Capacity can reach 2500-5500 cups/hour. The working process is automatically fall cup, quantitive fill, suck cap film, seal and output.

YSXZB Youngsun Rotary Type Cup Filling and Sealing Machine is suitable for packing cup of yogurt, milk, cheese, drink, water and so on.
Feature:
1. The machine structure consists of cup falling system, filling system, adding cap film system, sealing system, cup output system, CIP device, centralized lubrication system and controlling system.
2. The main machine frame is made of carbon steel materials with stainless steel cover board
3. The conveyor system is servo motor driving, chain wheel and reducer linear connected structure, which is simple and reliable with highly precise movement and scale division. Main driving shaft has position inspecting function, which can monitor moving position constantly.
4. The cup falling system adopts two pneumatic claws separated structure and vacuum sucking cup and put cup system
5. The sterilization system (Optional) adopts German Heraeus highly efficient sterilizing lamp with 99%/2s efficiency
6. The filling system is outlay design which is convenient and easy for maintenance. The product enters into the jar from side at low position so as to avoid creating foam. Metering pump is plunger type and high cleaning structure. Precise measurement and complete cleaning. Filling with no leakage and a little foam
7. The sealing system is electrical heating and sealing, pneumatic driving. The heating sealing head is PID controlled.
