Product Description
Structure feature:
1. Use the shell of NO.500 ductile cast iron and monolithic spherical pig,the ball surface is carefully lapping and processed.
2. Spring is made of spring steel of tungsten-chromium-vanadium alloy to ensure the sealing surface to fit closely.
3. High-temperature seal components immersed in liquid silver and plumbago seal components immersed in stibonium.
4. Use FFKM O-ring which has over-all properties of heat resistance and corrosion resistance etc.To achieve block and seal between inner and external pipes.
5. Use gland and hexagon socket head cap screw to adjust the combined seal.This can be used to adjust the tightness between combined seal and rotation axis at any time to achieve no leakage.This can avoid the economic loss caused by machine halt and shutdown.
