The client was really picky and particular, their engineer team set a standard on protection measure beyond the industry because this product is designed for the greatest automobile engine group in China—FAWDE. They said they had met several suppliers, some items of the standards were unacceptable, because if all items met this extremely high standard, the cost would exceed cost budget.

Xiongcai team wanted to give a shot. Xiongcai R&D team designed a combination of software and hardware meticulously called XCA105, making all parameters up to customer’s standard. After one year test and verification, Xiongcai XCA105 motor controller for fuel pump was approved. The client has introduced this product for 6 years till now.

Xiongcai RD team designed perfect protection measures to protect the motor, including under voltage, over voltage, over current, low temperature, over temperature, plugging, reverse connection, short circuit protection. Furthermore, XCA105 motor controller was certified by CSIPER25, ISO11452-2, ISO10605, ISO16750, ISO7637.
