The client was really picky and particular, their engineer team set a standard on protection measure beyond the industry because this product is designed for Wuhan Cummins, one of greatest engine manufacturers in China. They said they had met several suppliers, some items of the standards were unacceptable, because if all items met this extremely high standard, the cost would exceed budget.

Xiongcai team evaluated the requirements and decided to have a try. Engineered from ground up, Xiongcai R&D team designed a combination of software and hardware meticulously called XCA105, making all parameters up to customer’s standard. After one year test and verification, Xiongcai XCA105 motor controller for fuel pump was approved. The client has introduced this product for 6 years till now.

Xiongcai XCA105 motor controller for fuel pump with 8A current, DC8-18v power system, working humidity 95% max, providing protection including under voltage, over voltage, over current, low temperature, over temperature, plugging, reverse connection, short circuit protection.
