XC-03018 wire stripping machine

1. Use:

3. Operation way:
     1, put the wire at the Turret central, press the power switch, the motor rotation immediately.
     2, push the wire slowly and it can be removed.
     3, release the power button switches, motor immediately stop rotating.
4. Related note:
     1, when there are different specifications, please adjusting the speed, if the diameter is small please turn the speed to the small fig, the large diameter to the big fig. when the paint can not be completely removed, accelerate speed until it can clean the paint completely. If the wire is injured when scraping you should turn down speed until meet the requirements so far. According to the method select the most appropriate speed, as the diameter of the corresponding speed, can be considered to have adjusted well.
     2, scraping paint to the end of the location of enameled wire; do not let the wire’s end leave the blade immediately, it is necessary to stop such as knives from the knife-edge after the rotation, so as to avoid the injuring of the wire.
3, before do the scraping work please straight the wire.
     4, after using the machine, you can take off the security cover to clean powder.
