Wire Braided High Pressure Hose

Wire braid high pressure hoses consist of many types in term of the layer number. Here we will introduce two kinds of wire braid hoses, namely high pressure single wire braid hose and double wire braid hose. Steel wire braid high pressure hose can be used to transport gas and hydraulic fluids in the relatively high pressure and temperature, such as hot oil, grease, crude oils, air and water. They are widely used in the fields of mine hydraulic bracket, automatic hydraulic systems of oil field exploiting machine, mine projects and other industrial sectors, especially used as jackhammer component. Single wire braid hoses

In order to provide flexible connections in high pressure and temperature working systems our single braid hoses are made of three parts: oil resistant synthetic rubber lining, single wire braid reinforcement and rubber cover that are oil, fuel and abrasion resistant.

Double wire braid hoses
In order to have a better tolerance in the severe high pressure and temperature working environment, our company offer double wire braid high pressure hoses to compensate for the weakness of single wire braid hoses. They can give you a measure of safety and higher working pressure.

Double wire braid high pressure hose is widely used in the daily life and industry because its features of moderate price, large scope of applications and providing of a measure of safety.
This product can withstand very high temperature, pressure and vacuum. All possibilities of burst have been reduced to a great extent due to the fabrication of the second wire braid.
