The function of a wicking & cupping machine is to tab wicks, insert wicks into candles, and load candles into cups. The machine is 100% automatic and user friendly. The cup feeding, wick feeding, candle feeding, wick inserting, wick crimping, wick cutting, wick bending, and candle cupping are all done in one operation. When there is a shortage of wick, tab, candle or cup, the machine stops automatically. The maximum production speed is 6000 pcs of tealight/hour.
