Specification：
1.The impact resistance of ceramal wear-resisting layer higher than middle 16Mn steel plate, no crack, no falling off.
2.The average hardness is HRC60-70 in the ceramal wear-resisting layer, more than 3 times that of middle plate.
3.The friction factor in the ceramal wear-resisting layer is lower than middle plate by 50%.
4.The corrosion resistance from acids, alkali and salt in the ceramal wear-resisting layer is more than 10 times that of 16Mn steel plate.
5.The ceramal wear-resisting layer is laid out reasonably in calculation by the operating mode of the scraper, making the resistance and noise reduce at lowest.
6.After the cladding treatment, the middle groove increases in intensity wholly, not easy to become deformed after the stress.
