Water-ring Hot-face Pelletizing units

This process is applicable for most kinds of thermoplastic products with or without filling .As a water ring is formed outside the die set plate,the die set plate doesn’t contact cooling water ,which ensures homogeneous die set plate temperature.Even at very low output,the discharge from the die set can still remain even and normal .The die set surface hot pelletizing system not only ensures saturated and good looking appearance of the material grains,it also makes the equipment structure compact and reduces equipment space as the material grains enter the cooling water ring immediately after pelletizing.
This equipment with simple process consists of pelletizer, dewatering machine ,air conveying system and silo.Customers may add it with fluidizing bed and vibrating sieve or other equipment .
The water ring hot face pelletizing system is available in both of vertical and horizontal line.
