Warman 10/8F-AH Slurry pump

PA(R) series horizontal centrifugal pumps are designed for handing strong abrasive, high density, various PH slurries. Different metal or rubber wetted parts materials are available to expand the application. Such as Mill discharge, Tailings, Flotation, Mine drainage, Cyclone feeds, Chemical slurry service, Industrial processing, Pulp and paper, Food processing and Ash handling.

2. Features
Bearing Assembly:
High rigidity shaft, Grease lubrication bearing. This cartridge bearing assembly design makes the maintenance and replacement of pump parts easier.
Base:
High strengthened base is connected with Frame Plate by bolts; The Adjusting Bolt realize easy adjustment to impeller clearance.
Impeller:
Front and rear shrouds have pump out vanes that reduce recirculation and seal pressure.
Wet parts:
Impeller, liners(Volute, Throatbush, FPL insert) made of High-Chrome alloy or rubber, parts made of both materials are completely interchangeable.
Casing:
Made of gray iron or ductile iron, ribs help casing to stand high pressure.
Seal options:
Gland seal(most popular and economical), Expeller seal(Centrifugal or dynamic), Mechanical seal(special and expensive).
Drive arrangement:
Direct drive(DC), V-belt drive(CV, ZV, CR, CL), Gear box, Hydraulic couplings, VFD etc.
